1/2 head Romaine Lettuce, 1 huge handful spinach, 2 medium tomatoes, 1 ear of Organic Sweet Corn, 2 Tbsp Broccoli Sprouts
Much to my excitement, today I learned that that corn can be eaten raw! Luckily, I just recently ordered a pack of 6 from Greenling. Organic corn is very hard to come by, but it is the only way to avoid Genetically Modified varieties.
